Edmonton Neighbourhoods

The Number ONE rule in Real Estate is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.  So when you are thinking of purchasing your next home - answer the most important question first.  WHERE do you want to live?  Important factors to consider are: Work (drive time to and from work), School (where your children currently go to school or where you'd like them to be attending), and Ammenities (grocery stores, rec centre's, etc.  Each location in Edmonton is unique.  I've posted below information found from the City of Edmonton Website to help you learn more about potential future communities you'd like to live in.  Also make sure you also check out the City of Edmonton crime website to see the criminal activity in the neighbourhood - an important thing to consider as well when moving.
