When you hire me to sell your home, one of the many services I provide for you is home staging by a certified home staging professional. At no additional cost to my clients the home stager will come to your home and prepare with you your home to be the best home amongst its comparables. * 

I believe in selling your home for the most amount of money possible and in the shortest period possible.  A staged home will produce a great home for buyers to view both online and in person.  Buyers spend alot of time looking online at pictures before choosing to view a property.  This is exteremely important to attract a buyer right from the start.

Staged homes generally sell for more money in a hot market and quicker sale in a slower market.
